Project Manager with BA experience – Global Markets & Financial Institutions (Treasy)

Project manage the delivery of a Global Markets & Financial Institutions transformation program encompassing initiatives across FX hedging, Commodity hedging, and FI cross‑sell.

The role focuses on structured execution, hands‑on analysis, and business understanding to enhance markets capability and FI revenue opportunities.

Program & Project Management Skills:

1. Program / Project manage end‑to‑end delivery of Global Markets & FI initiatives end-to-end

2. Translate strategic objectives into delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.

3. Actively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery trade‑offs.

4 Drive execution in ambiguous environments and keep momentum without waiting for direction.

5. Ensure business cases & benefits realization are created, tracked, and delivered, not assumed.

Business Analyst Skills:

1. Ability to conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements.

2. Ability to document BRDs, user stories, and process flows (current state, interim, and target state operating models) aligning to revenue outcomes.

3. Analyze front, middle, and back office workflows to identify gaps impacting productivity or client conversion.

4. Work closely with all key stakeholders including Technology and Operations to ensure solutions are feasible and effective.

5. Ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business realities.

Business & Domain Exposure:

1. Apply understanding of GM products, FI relationships, and operating models.

2. Apply understanding of both insitutional and client lifecycle, product penetration, and pricing dynamics.

3. Support decision‑making with data, logic, and commercial context.

Experience & Profile:

1. 8+ years banking and transformation experience / understanding of treasury solutions in GM / FI exposure (e.g. FX commodities, FX hedging, FX- cross selling, market making etc.)

2. Experience delivering change or transformation in markets environments.

3. Strong PM discipline with hands‑on BA experience.

4. Analytical, decisive, and execution‑focused.

Pay: QAR19,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
