Oracle Project Manager (Project-based)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead the implementation of an Oracle FM Module within a large-scale Facilities Management (FM) operation in Qatar.

The role will focus on reviewing operational processes, aligning system functionalities, leading implementation activities, and ensuring structured adoption of enhanced FM practices.

This is a critical 6-month project requiring strong experience in Oracle ERP implementations, FM operations, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle FM Module.
• Review and assess existing FM operational practices to ensure alignment with Oracle system functionalities.
• Evaluate module capabilities to ensure optimal utilization.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan, timelines, and milestones.
• Lead operational process review and development workshops.
• Align FM processes, data, and documentation with Oracle module requirements.
• Coordinate with the Technology Partner Contractor (TPC) and internal FM teams.
• Manage cross-functional integration with non-FM departments.
• Oversee system testing, validation, and formal acceptance.
• Drive structured change management and adoption of new FM practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in Oracle ERP implementation (mandatory).
• Experience implementing Oracle FM / Asset / Maintenance modules preferred.
• Strong understanding of Facilities Management operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Has valid Qatar residency and open to a project-based contract for a period of six (6) months.
