Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches
- Coordinate marketing activities across all branches / concepts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Support new outlet openings and brand launches
Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
- Create and supervise content calendars
- Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity
- Monitor engagement, messages, and online reviews
- Grow audience reach and engagement
Content Supervision
- Oversee creation of:
- Photos
- Videos
- Reels
- Stories
- Menu promotions
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers
- Ensure content reflects brand positioning and quality standards
Campaign & Promotions
- Plan and execute:
- Influencer collaborations
- Paid advertising campaigns
- In-store promotions
- Online contests and activations
- Track ROI on marketing spend
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor social media insights and campaign performance
- Generate monthly marketing reports
- Analyze customer behavior and trends
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data
Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across:
- Digital platforms
- Printed materials
- Packaging
- In-store displays
- Maintain brand guidelines
Vendor & Influencer Coordination
- Liaise with marketing agencies and media partners
- Manage influencer partnerships
- Negotiate collaboration agreements
Team Supervision
- Supervise marketing coordinators / content creators
- Provide guidance on creative direction
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns
