Project Manager with BA experience – Private Banking Retail & Wealth Management

Project manage & deliver Wealth Management transformation programs focused on Qatar Retail Wealth enhancement and Private Banking expansion, translating business strategy into executable initiatives that improve client experience, advisor productivity, and scalable growth.

Program & Project Management Skills:

1. Lead a Wealth Management program focused on

-Qatar Retail Wealth initiatives

-Private Banking (PB) expansion

2. Own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple WM initiatives.

3. Structure programs into clear project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

4. Perform hands‑on analysis of client journeys, advisory processes, and servicing models.

5. Define and validate business requirements with Relationship Managers and business leaders.

6. Ensure initiatives deliver tangible improvements in client and advisor outcomes.

Business Analyst Skills:

1. Ability to conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements.

2. Ability to document BRDs, user stories, and process flows (current state, interim, and target state operating models) aligning to revenue outcomes.

3. Analyze front, middle, and back office workflows to identify gaps impacting productivity or client conversion.

4. Work closely with all key stakeholders including Technology and Operations to ensure solutions are feasible and effective.

5. Ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business realities.

Business & Domain Exposure:

1. Apply understanding of PB & retail products and services

2. Apply understanding of both insitutional and client lifecycle, product penetration, and pricing dynamics.

3. Support decision‑making with data, logic, and commercial context.

Experience & Profile:

1. 8+ years banking and transfromation experience with Retail Banking and/or Wealth Management exposure.

2. Experience delivering WM transformation, growth, or client experience initiatives.

3. Strong PM delivery discipline with hands‑on BA capability.

4. Client‑centric, pragmatic, and execution‑focused.

Pay: QAR19,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
