QA/QC Manager (Civil)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Manager (Civil) being responsible for establishing, implementing & managing quality assurance/control systems for GRC façade projects while ensuring compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, project specifications, and meeting local & international codes & standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update & maintain project-specific Quality Management Procedures, Quality Manuals & Plans.
• Conduct internal and external audits, including inspections of materials received from factory, and site activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure adherence & compliance to industry standards, codes & regulations and project specifications and standards.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformities & implement effective corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and client/consultant representatives.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, NCRs, inspection records & final dossiers for senior management & clients, attending project meetings to discuss quality status.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
• Experience of 10+ years in QA/QC roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
