Construction Manager Finishing
Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all finishing activities on multiple construction projects.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality work and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure all finishing activities are completed in accordance with client specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to construction and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans to ensure quality and precision in finishing work.
- Develop and implement project schedules and work orders for finishing tasks.
- Manage and control costs, ensuring the project is completed within budget.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the finishing stages of construction.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in construction management, specifically in finishing works.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and building materials related to finishing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Availability to work in-person on the construction sites.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
