Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage Fit-Out and Interior Finishing works for a major project at Qiddiya.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, coordinating multiple trades, ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Overall management of fit-out and interior finishing construction activities on site.

Lead, supervise, and coordinate site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Develop and monitor construction schedules, work programs, and resource plans.

Ensure all works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Coordinate closely with consultants, client representatives, and project management team.

Monitor project progress, quality standards, and HSE compliance.

Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.

Manage site issues related to variations, claims, delays, and technical challenges.

Control site costs and support commercial and QS teams in valuation and variation management.

Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports.

Ensure smooth handover, snagging, and final completion of fit-out works.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.

Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction, with strong focus on Fit-Out / Interior Finishing projects.

Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project/Site Manager on large-scale projects.

Strong knowledge of interior works sequencing, coordination, and finishing standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working on large developments (Qiddiya, NEOM, hospitality, commercial projects) is a strong advantage.

Only candidates with proven Fit-Out / Interior Finishing experience will be considered.
