Construction Manager – High-Rise Projects (40+ Floors)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager with strong experience in high-rise building projects (40+ floors). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale construction works from planning through execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all site construction activities for high-rise projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget requirements.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and resolve any technical or construction issues.
• Implement and maintain strict safety and quality standards onsite.
• Review and approve material submissions, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Lead site meetings and ensure proper communication across all teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience, with at least 5+ years managing high-rise buildings of 40+ floors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC region is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or similar certification.
• Strong technical background in structural and architectural coordination.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and ensure smooth site operations.
