Project Manager – Infrastructure (Pipelines & Pumping Stations)

Location: Al Ain/Abu Dhabi

Company Overview:
A leading Construction Company specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects across water, energy, and utilities is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver infrastructure projects to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution for ductile iron pipeline projects, pumping stations, and related infrastructure works.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government bodies to ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Lead project teams, monitor progress, and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and quality management systems.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in infrastructure project management, with proven expertise in ductile iron pipeline projects, water transmission/distribution, and pumping stations.
• Strong knowledge of TAQA requirements, regulations, and approval processes.
• Experience managing EPC contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
