Estimator

Overview:

We are looking for an Estimator specialized in road marking to join our team. The candidate must have a proven track record in preparing estimations exclusively for road marking projects in the UAE. A minimum of 4 years of hands-on estimation experience in road marking works is required. Applicants must already be in the UAE, and immediate joiners are preferred .

Responsibilities:

• Prepare precise cost estimations for road marking projects , including paints, materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Review tender documents, project drawings, and specifications to assess scope specific to road marking works.
• Develop BOQs and detailed cost breakdowns focused on road marking requirements.
• Conduct market analysis for road marking materials (paints, thermoplastics, beads, etc.) and subcontracting services.
• Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to validate estimates and optimize costs.
• Ensure all estimates comply with UAE project standards and road authority requirements.
• Support in tender submissions, clarifications, and client negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of estimation experience dedicated to road marking projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE road authority specifications and market prices for road marking materials.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools/software.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE .
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
