Construction Manager (Offshore)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage offshore construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and HSE teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervise site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve technical and logistical issues to minimize downtime and delays.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company HSE standards.

Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout construction phases.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in construction management within the oil & gas industry.
- Proven offshore project experience, including platform construction, pipelines, or marine infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of offshore construction standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) preferred.
