Job Description:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong expertise in fit-out, joinery, porta cabin works, and civil projects who can lead and manage a team on-site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with material submittals, risk assessment, drawing review/interpretation, and overall site supervision.

This is a client-facing and leadership role where you will:

• Lead and manage the site team to deliver projects on time.
• Meet with consultants and project managers regularly.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.
• Oversee quality control and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate procurement and site execution activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review fit-out material submittals.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure HSE compliance.
• Interpret technical drawings and plan execution schedules.
• Manage manpower allocation and ensure smooth workflow.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and project managers.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in fit-out and civil works.
• Proven experience in team management and site leadership.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, porta cabin construction, and general civil works.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
