Construction Manager (Offshore Projects)

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in offshore projects to oversee and manage the execution of complex marine and oil & gas developments. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage offshore construction activities from planning to completion.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications; provide practical solutions to technical challenges.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and escalate risks or delays proactively.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Marine Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in construction management, with proven offshore project experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of offshore HSE requirements, industry codes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
