The Construction Manager will oversee modifications, tie-ins, shutdowns, and upgrades of live Oil & Gas facilities. The role requires strong technical expertise in brownfield execution, proven leadership, and compliance with SHES standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage brownfield construction activities with minimal disruption to live operations.
- Supervise Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and SHES/QAQC teams.
- Develop execution plans and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and safety requirements.
- Enforce SHES and PTW requirements; conduct audits, inspections, and toolbox talks.
- Track progress, prepare reports, and document claims, delays, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 12–15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas, with proven brownfield project execution in Qatar/GCC.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of API, ASME, ISO standards.
- Certifications: H2S & Confined Space (mandatory), PMP/NEBOSH preferred.
