Job Title: Construction Manager / Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale construction projects across the GCC region. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capabilities, in-depth technical knowledge, and proven experience managing projects from planning through completion.
This role requires full responsibility for project execution, cost control, quality assurance, safety compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the overall execution of construction projects.
· Develop project plans, schedules, manpower plans, and budgets.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
· Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual documents.
· Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with project milestones.
· Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
· Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
· Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports.
· Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
· Manage variations, claims, and contractual correspondences.
· Oversee procurement coordination and ensure timely material delivery.
· Ensure smooth project handover and close-out documentation.
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
· Minimum 12–18 years of total construction experience.
· Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a Construction Manager / Senior Project Manager role.
· Mandatory GCC experience in handling large-scale construction projects.
· Proven track record in delivering commercial, residential, high-rise, or infrastructure projects within the GCC.
Technical & Professional Skills
· Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, and execution.
· Excellent understanding of contracts, FIDIC conditions, and commercial management.
· Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
· Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Thorough understanding of local authority regulations and approval processes within the GCC.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
