Construction Manager - w/ Oil & Gas Experince

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in oil & gas and civil construction projects, and solid knowledge of MEP systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Offshore project experience will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction activities from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to drive efficient project execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, industry regulations, and project specifications.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications, providing practical solutions to technical challenges.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and escalate risks or delays proactively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in construction management, preferably in oil & gas and civil infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and MEP systems.
• Offshore construction experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of HSE requirements, industry codes, and best practices.
