Job Description – MEP Manager

The MEPF Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all MEPF works for luxury township projects, ensuring high-quality, timely, and compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Prepare and monitor MEPF project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, PMC teams, and contractors.
- Coordinate closely with MEP consultants to ensure timely deliverables, design clarifications, approvals, and smooth execution of all services.
- Review and verify design drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings.
2. Execution & Site Management- Supervise MEPF site activities and ensure completion as per project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections for quality and progress tracking.
- Resolve technical issues related to electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and utilities.
- Ensure installations follow approved drawings and quality standards.
3. Vendor & Contractor Management- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for execution.
- Review RA bills, measurement sheets, and assist the procurement team with technical evaluations.
- Monitor vendor performance and adherence to contract terms.
4. Compliance, Safety & Quality- Ensure adherence to all statutory codes, IS standards, fire norms, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with site safety guidelines.
- Support green building and energy-efficient initiatives where applicable.
5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover- Oversee testing and commissioning of all MEPF systems.
- Prepare O&M manuals, as-built drawings, and documentation for handover.
- Coordinate with facility management for smooth transition of services.
Skills & Competencies- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, STP/WTP, and township infrastructure.
- Experience in luxury or high-end township projects.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with NBC, IS codes, and statutory approval processes.
B.E./
B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
8–12 years of relevant experience in luxury township or large-scale residential projects.
