POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Construction Office Manager reports to the Construction Superintendent/Site Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions for TAS construction site offices.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow

Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders and invoices

Coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors and suppliers
-
Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for installation projects
-
Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies
-
Supervise and support office staff
-
Organize and maintain project files ensuring all documentation and drawings are up to date
-
Facilitate site meetings and prepare and record meeting minutes
-
Work closely with site EHS Manager to record all safety and training records for site team
-
Work closely with Site QA/QC Leads to maintain appropriate records
-
Facilitate lessons learned process and communications to Aftermarket leadership

Any other task and responsibility assigned by TAS

EDUCATION & TRAINING

High School diploma plus extensive construction office management experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration is a plus
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

15 years of experience in construction office management

Proven track record of collaborating with various construction disciplines

Ability to travel domestically on short notice

High energy, driven individual that communicates and interacts well in a team environment

Results oriented individual with good verbal and written communication skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Position is at least ~50% at a desk working with computer and ~50% travel developing potential customer relationships and/or coordinating TAS project site teams and customer contractors. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Performs other physical activities including use of fingers, sitting, stooping, bending, crouching, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions. Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision necessary to prepare and analyze data and figures, operate a computer terminal and conduct extensive reading. The incumbent will be subject to inside environmental conditions and outdoor construction site environmental conditions.
