We are looking for a strong Construction Operations Manager to oversee multiple renovation and construction projects from start to finish. This person will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and completed with a high level of quality.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with serious construction knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage contractors, crews, vendors, and timelines without constant oversight.

Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential renovation and construction projects simultaneously
• Manage project timelines from acquisition through final completion
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within approved budgets
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and overall project quality
• Review scopes of work, bids, material costs, and contractor pricing
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs and job site inspections
• Resolve construction issues quickly and proactively
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure projects comply with local building requirements and safety standards
• Track progress, updates, and project documentation accurately

Qualifications

• Strong background in residential construction, remodeling, and renovation
• Deep understanding of framing, rehabs, major renovations, and project execution
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects at once
• Strong leadership and contractor management skills
• Ability to hold vendors and subcontractors accountable for performance
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
• Experience with budgeting, estimating, and cost control
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Real estate experience is not required. Strong construction leadership is far more important.
