Construction Planner/Construction Manager/Construction

Summary:
Seeking a Construction Planner/Manager with experience in vendor surveillance, project coordination, and construction oversight. Responsible for planning, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards across projects and vendor operations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) preferred.
• 2–4+ years’ experience in construction management, vendor surveillance, or project coordination.
• Knowledge of inspection processes, welding procedures, and standards (ASME, ASTM, ISO 9001).
• API 510 or related certifications a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, business analysis, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction and vendor activities.
• Conduct vendor inspections and ensure compliance with quality and project standards.
• Review inspection test plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Prepare reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
