Project Manager

Axess North America is seeking a Candidate to fill the position of Project Manager. The candidate will be responsible for achieving the best possible financial contribution for the project based on the contract, planning and coordinating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integration management: Planning for Project Management, monitoring & controlling project work, closing of phases (stage gate reviews with project Owner), closing of project.
• Scope management: Collect requirements, define scope, create WBS, continuous control/validation of scope,
• Time management: Plan schedule management. Define-, sequence and estimate activities. Develop a schedule with durations and resources. Continuous monitoring of schedule performance.
• Cost management: Plan cost management, estimate costs, determine budget, monitor & control costs.
• Quality management: Plan quality management, perform QA, and control quality.
• Human Resource Management: Plan HR management. Acquire-, develop and manage project team.
• Communications management: Plan, manage and control communication
• Risk management: Plan risk management. Identify risks, analyze risks, Plan risk responses. Control risks.
• Procurement management: Plan procurement management, conduct, control and close procurements.
• Stakeholder management: Identify stakeholders, plan stakeholder management, manage- and control stakeholder engagement.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a engineering-related field or equivalent experience and education in project or field engineering
• Proven abilities and skills in the following: leadership and management of people, communication (verbal and written), planning, organization, delegation as well as teaching and mentoring
• Experience is Oil and gas services and products.
• Business minded and Sales orientated in projects.
• Strong drive and a strong team worker.
• Creativity and skills of developing projects and client relations.
• Ability to deliver high quality work under time and pressure.
• Strive for quality and opponent in quality in our projects and products.
• Computer proficiency required: engineering software applications a plus
• Excellent attitude and solution-oriented mindset. Able to meet deadlines
• NDT Certifications a plus
