Job Summary:

We are hiring a Construction Planner / Quantity Surveyor with 2–4 years of UAE experience in the construction or fitout industry. The ideal candidate will support planning, costing, and quantity take-offs for ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring efficient execution and budget control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare project plans, schedules, and progress tracking reports.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and BOQs.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement.
• Monitor project costs and recommend cost-saving solutions.
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of UAE experience in construction or fitout projects.
• UAE-attested bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field – mandatory.
• Strong skills in project planning and quantity surveying.
• Knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• UAE Driving License – preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
