About the Role:

Mustafa Developers is seeking a highly skilled Construction / Production Manager with proven, hands-on experience in residential houses, luxury villas, and designer villas. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing multiple high-end residential projects from planning to handover — ensuring quality, timelines, and budget targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete construction lifecycle for residential and designer villas.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients for design execution.
• Control budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local construction regulations.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: BSc / DAE in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of proven experience exclusively in residential, villa, or luxury house construction.
• Strong knowledge of finishing details, architectural drawings, and MEP coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
