Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor at Interwood Mobel, you will play a vital role in ensuring that installation projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders including contractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and coordinate installation activities to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Supervise and manage site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring optimal performance and safety on site.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports for senior management.
• Address any on-site issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are available for installation activities and manage inventory as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients to update them on project status and address any concerns.
• Verify all work completed against project specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure that safety regulations and company policies are adhered to at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
