Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA from a reputable university
  • Age: 40-50 years
  • Experience: 15+ years
  • Excellent coordinaton and follow-up abilites.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and reporting capabilties.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Description:

  • Manage Day to day Department Operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and
  • compliance.
  • Work with different technical teams at Islamabad and other departments to close open jobs in minimum time.
  • Visit and meet customers to handle issues.
  • Handle commercial aspect of operations
  • Oversee general administration of the department.
  • Supervise Accounts & Receivables.
  • Ensure that all projects and initiatives meet organizational and industry standards.
  • Provide regular feedback to Head Office.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives
