Associate Manager IT

Associate Manager IT will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, security, and scalability of the organization’s IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and ERP system. This role covers both operational support and strategic IT projects, ensuring technology effectively enables business operations. The incumbent will also coordinate with vendors to maintain service level agreements (SLAs).

Job Description:

Infrastructure & Security Management

• Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Administer firewalls, VPNs, and implement robust cybersecurity measures.
• Manage NVR/DVR-based CCTV surveillance systems to support physical security.

Systems, Servers & Cloud Administration

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server (2016+), Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS, and email servers.
• Administer VMware environments, virtualization platforms, and storage solutions.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and cloud security operations.

IT Operations & Support

• Provide 24/7 IT support and ensure timely incident and service request management.
• Maintain up-to-date IT asset inventory and licensing records.
• Deliver technical troubleshooting with proper documentation and escalation protocols.

Vendor & SLA Compliance

• Manage IT service providers and ensure SLA adherence.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve escalations effectively.

IT Projects & Implementation

• Lead and execute IT infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation projects.
• Research, evaluate, and deploy new hardware/software solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

ERP Administration (Odoo)

• Manage ERP operations with a functional understanding of Odoo.
• Coordinate with ERP consultants for system enhancements and integrations.
• Preferably, apply Python skills for simple ERP customizations.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Network/System Administration, and Project Management.
• Strong understanding of IT security, enterprise systems, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and vendor coordination skills.
• Expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
