Construction Project Coordinator

Key Qualifications

• Experience in program and project-based roles, preferably within data centers or tech infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage regional teams and operational processes effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization software (e.g., dashboards, automated reporting).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with expertise in reporting and workflow standardization.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with site-based project coordinators and leadership teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Coordination – Oversee team action items, drive standardization efforts, and manage reporting workflows.
• Meeting Coordination – Prepare agendas, track action items, and implement best practices for regional meetings.
• Deliverables Management – Maintain tracking systems for recurring team deliverables and regional reporting logs.
• Training & Tools Management – Ensure vendor training compliance and provide onboarding support.
• Data Validation & Reporting – Develop and maintain MARCUS Reporting “Report Card,” ensuring accuracy and workflow efficiency.
• Data Visualization – Design dashboards and automated reports to enhance operational decision-making.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, twist, bend, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods while navigating uneven, unpaved, or obstructed terrain when on-site.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
• Must be able to travel to and between job sites and access all areas of an active construction zone, including raised platforms, scaffolding, and confined spaces.
• Must be able to tolerate outdoor weather conditions and exposure to dust, noise, vibrations, and construction-related odors.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other personnel while maintaining situational awareness in high-activity environments.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety vests, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots are required when visiting or working on active construction sites.
• This role requires visual acuity sufficient to read drawings, specifications, and safety signage, and to observe site activity.
