What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Daily Kickoff: Open the office and dispatch installation teams each morning.
• Manage the Crew: Supervise insulation installers to ensure quality work and on-time completion.
• Coordinate Like a Pro: Work closely with sales reps, contractors, and clients to keep schedules aligned and jobs on track.
• Handle Materials: Order and track materials so every job site is properly stocked.
• Keep Things Moving: Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly to avoid delays.
• Track and Report: Log crew hours for payroll and update internal teams for billing and job tracking.
• Stay Ahead: Work with leadership to plan production schedules and adjust as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a management or supervisory role in the construction industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence leading teams and communicating with internal and external partners
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• A valid driver’s license
• Must speak Spanish
