Construction Project Coordinator (Female)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and documentation control of multiple construction projects. The role requires strong coordination with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow, timely approvals, and proper record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project activities between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and management
  • Maintain and update project logs (RFI, submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, inspections, and correspondences)
  • Track authority approvals, inspections, and permits
  • Monitor project schedules and highlight delays or risks to management
  • Prepare letters, transmittals, MOMs, and reports
  • Follow up on pending approvals, drawings, and material submissions
  • Assist in preparing progress reports and dashboards
  • Maintain document control and filing system (digital & hard copy)
  • Support procurement by tracking material requests and deliveries
  • Coordinate handover documents and project close-out requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • 1–3 years experience in construction or contracting companies (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction documentation and workflows
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and document management systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with authority approvals and inspections in Dubai
  • Experience handling multiple villas or building projects
  • Basic understanding of project scheduling (Primavera/MS Project is a plus)
