JOB OVERVIEW:

Oversee and manage the planning, execution and close-out of capital improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Experience: Experience in project management, construction management, or related fields is essential
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of construction processes, design standards, and project management methodologies
• Leadership and Communication : Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and make strategic decisions
• Financial Acumen : Proficiency in capital budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A mission-driven professional, with at least 3 years of experience in real estate development or at least 2 years of project management experience or related field
• Holder of industry certification, bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning, construction management, or a related field or relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
• Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
