Restoration Works, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team in Bradley, IL.

Job Description:

Project Manager to coordinate window restoration with our historic preservation partners. Identify and communicate mutual goals and solutions. Ability to present professionally, while under pressure from high status clients, on the phone, over Zoom, and in person. Ability to develop business, whenever and wherever.

This position will work closely with the Production team to assist in the daily operations of the production department, including keeping project records, details, project schedules, and managing personnel involved in the projects. The Project Manager will also be responsible for helping maintain a safe and organized environment as well as managing shipments and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Must be organized and have some experience in construction.

Entry level position with opportunity for key involvement. Compensation negotiable.

Qualifications:

• College Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in management preferred.
• Previous experience in construction preferred.
• OSHA Certifications preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with a team is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly, 75 pounds occasionally, and be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must have ability to get on to military bases (REAL ID REQUIRED)
• Must be able to drive box truck
• Not afraid of heights
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Proficient knowledge in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Scheduling software, and standard computer knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
