]The Project Manager will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure & Construction projects, with a focus on water supply and wastewater networks. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities

Monitoring progress of the project & oversee the running operations of the site & make sure that it will meet the deadline.

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.

Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.

Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.

Managing relationships with projects of different consultants.

Planning and coordinating site work with other disciplines.

Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings.
-
Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.

Checking of documents including review for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.

Prepare the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil Engineer

Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management

Experience in large scale commercial/residential projects is a must
-
PMP certification is a plus
-
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
