Role Overview

We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of modular and site-built construction projects , including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage multiple projects, solve problems proactively, and help refine our systems and SOPs as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage modular and site-built construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.
  • Coordinate with design teams, estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Oversee horizontal site work including grading, utilities, foundations, and inspections.
  • Maintain project schedules (updated twice weekly) and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and progress billings.
  • Conduct job walks, production meetings, and client updates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, insurance, and bonding requirements.
  • Contribute to company-wide operations, systems development, and leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with modular or factory-built projects.
  • Strong knowledge of horizontal site work and civil coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Buildertrend, Co-construct, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small, high-output team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Must be proactive, organized, and committed to continuous improvement.
