ODM Construction is a family-run residential remodeling company serving Ventura and Los Angeles County. We specialize in home remodels, additions, and new construction design–build projects. Our team prides itself on quality workmanship, clear communication, and taking care of our clients from start to finish.

We are growing and looking for a Construction Project Manager who can help run day-to-day operations, support our field team, and keep projects organized, on schedule, and on budget.

Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of active construction jobs—from pre-construction planning to final punch list. You will work closely with Oscar, Humberto, and our subcontractors to ensure projects move smoothly and clients stay informed, while Oscar and Humberto remain the main client contacts.

Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling & Coordination

  • Build and manage project schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and verify they arrive when scheduled.
  • Schedule inspections with the city.
  • Track progress and adjust schedules when needed.

Jobsite Oversight

  • Perform regular jobsite visits to check progress, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Review plans and ensure work follows scope and construction details.
  • Identify issues early and provide solutions.
  • Maintain jobsite safety and organization.

Documentation & Organization

  • Maintain daily logs, photos, and notes in Buildertrend.
  • Track change orders and update the team.
  • Organize drawings, permits, and job documents.

Quality Control

  • Ensure all work meets ODM Construction’s quality standards.
  • Oversee punch lists and final walk-through.
  • Protect finished areas and maintain a clean jobsite.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of residential project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of all construction trades.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and structural drawings.
  • Experience using construction management software (Buildertrend preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and work ahead of schedule.
  • Spanish is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
