Construction Project Manager

Position: Construction Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: Minimum 8–10 Years (UAE/Abu Dhabi Experience Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of construction management experience, with UAE/Abu Dhabi experience preferred
• Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of UAE/Abu Dhabi authority regulations and construction standards
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, and resource management skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues
• Lead project teams, monitor performance, and ensure safety standards are met
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
