• $130,000 to $200,000 plus bonus

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in healthcare construction who thrives on leading complex, high-impact projects?

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to oversee major healthcare electrical projects someone who can balance technical expertise with strong leadership and client management skills.

In this role, you'll:

Lead all phases of project delivery, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, field leadership, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Oversee procurement, risk management, cost control, and change orders while fostering a culture of safety and innovation

Mentor and develop project teams, helping the next generation of construction professionals grow

What we're looking for:

7-10+ years of experience in electrical construction project management

Proven success managing healthcare or hospital projects

Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills Ability to lead, motivate, and build lasting client relationships
