About the role:
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a leader who can coordinate with multiple teams, manage project timelines, ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations, and deliver projects within the specified budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and milestones.
- Oversee all phases of construction, from initial planning to project handover.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
2. Team Coordination:
- Lead and supervise the project team, including site managers, engineers, and contractors.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among all project participants.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process.
3. Quality and Safety Assurance:
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant safety standards and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any issues or deviations from plans.
4. Client and Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
- Manage client expectations and ensure their needs are met.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure].
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
