ODM Construction is a fast-growing residential remodeling company serving Ventura and Los Angeles County. We specialize in high-quality home renovations, additions, and full design–build projects. We are looking for a reliable Project Manager Assistant to help support day-to-day operations in the field and office.

Role Overview

The Project Manager Assistant will work closely with the Project Manager and Owner to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and well-coordinated. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily project coordination and communication
  • Visit job sites to gather updates, photos, and verify progress
  • Create and upload notes, photos, and updates into Buildertrend
  • Follow up with subcontractors on schedules and timelines
  • Help prepare materials lists, order materials, and track deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling inspections
  • Support clients with updates and relay information to the team
  • Organize project documentation, contracts, and permits
  • Ensure job sites meet cleanliness and safety expectations
  • Provide general support to the Project Manager as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in residential construction preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable visiting job sites and interacting with homeowners
  • Basic understanding of construction processes is a plus
  • Familiarity with Buildertrend is a bonus (training provided)
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
