Construction Project Manager – Major Abu Dhabi Development

A leading master developer renowned for delivering landmark projects across the UAE is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a flagship development in Abu Dhabi.

Role Overview:

As Construction Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale, mixed-use development. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage contractor relationships, and ensure delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Lead, coordinate, and motivate project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and implement robust project management processes and reporting systems.
• Monitor progress, anticipate risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, and safety requirements.
• Foster stakeholder relationships and provide regular project updates to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing large-scale, mixed-use or infrastructure developments in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record delivering projects valued at AED 1 billion+.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations and best practices.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Remuneration:

Monthly salary: AED 65,000 – 72,000 (plus benefits)
