We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee scaffolding and access system projects across the East Coast. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through execution, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time delivery across multiple job sites. The position supports industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects requiring temporary access solutions. This is a strong fit for someone who understands field operations, logistics, and safety within scaffolding or related construction environments.
Responsibilities

Manage scaffolding and access system projects from preconstruction through completion across multiple East Coast locations

Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure safe and efficient project execution

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans across multiple active jobs

Oversee material logistics, equipment allocation, and mobilization/demobilization planning

Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety protocols, and site-specific requirements

Review project drawings, site conditions, and scope requirements to support accurate execution

Track project performance, costs, and progress while identifying risks and implementing solutions

Manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and client updates

Communicate regularly with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment

Travel to job sites as needed to support project oversight, issue resolution, and team coordination
Requirements

5+ years of experience in scaffolding, industrial services, or construction project management

Strong understanding of scaffolding systems, temporary access solutions, and jobsite safety requirements

Experience managing multi-site or regional construction projects with travel responsibilities

Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance in industrial or commercial environments

Ability to read construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications

Experience with project management tools, scheduling software, and cost tracking systems

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate field and office teams

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
