About the Role
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of large-scale datacenter construction projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of detailed project plans
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans
- Work with clients to understand their needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Continuously improve project management processes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide regular project updates to senior management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting
- 8+ years of experience as a planner and/or scheduler
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale datacenter construction projects on time
- Excellent understanding of Project Planning and Earned Value Management
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Primavera / P6
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Experience with Critical Path Methodology (CPM) scheduling
- Ability to present data from detailed to high-level
- Experience with Data Center construction programs
