Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with a strong background in large-scale township developments and high-rise luxury residential towers. The ideal candidate will oversee and implement quality management systems across multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and project specifications. The role requires close coordination with project teams, contractors, and consultants to maintain the highest construction quality and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager with a strong background in large-scale township developments and high-rise luxury residential towers. The ideal candidate will oversee and implement quality management systems across multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with standards, codes, and project specifications. The role requires close coordination with project teams, contractors, and consultants to maintain the highest construction quality and workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC norms, project specifications, and approved drawings.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks for civil, structural, MEP, finishing, and façade works.
- Review and approve material inspection requests (MIRs) and work inspection requests (WIRs).
- Ensure proper testing of materials (concrete, steel, aggregates, waterproofing, etc.) at site and laboratories.
- Track and close non-conformities (NCRs) and preventive/corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, including method statements, ITPs, checklists, and quality records.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure proper document control and version management of drawings and specifications.
Coordination & Team Management
- Coordinate closely with PMC, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC engineering team across multiple sites.
- Conduct quality training for site execution staff, contractors, and workers.
- Manage quality control for high-rise structural works, including jumpform systems, PT works, and advanced shuttering.
- Oversee finishing works for luxury residential towers (façade, interior finishes, waterproofing, MEP integration, etc.).
- Ensure township infrastructure quality, including roads, drainage, landscaping, utilities, and amenities.

Key Skills
- Strong experience in township projects and high-rise luxury buildings is mandatory.
- Experience working with reputed developers, PMC firms, or Grade-A contractors.
- Strong analytical, inspection, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various site locations.
- Pune-based candidates or those willing to relocate to Pune are preferred.
