Job Overview

Peak Performance Advisors is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions within defined timelines, while delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles across various departments
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and documentation
• Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
• Ensure timely closures and achievement of recruitment targets
• Build and maintain a strong and active talent pipeline
• Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and end-to-end hiring processes
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field
