We are seeking an experienced
Construction Recruiter
to support high-volume hiring needs for a 3–6 month remote contract. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates across a range of construction positions to meet project timelines and workforce demands.
Expectations

Managed full-cycle recruitment for construction roles including skilled trades, project managers, superintendents, and laborers

Partnered with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, project timelines, and required skill sets

Sourced candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks

Screened resumes, conducted interviews, and evaluated candidates for technical skills, certifications, and cultural fit

Coordinated and scheduled interviews between candidates and project leadership teams

Maintained a pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing and upcoming construction projects

Negotiated offers, compensation packages, and start dates in alignment with company policies

Ensured compliance with employment laws, safety regulations, and union requirements (if applicable)

Assisted with onboarding processes, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire documentation

Tracked recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality
Required

At least 2 years of construction industry recruiting experience for both skilled trades and construction leadership roles (Carpenters, Laborers, Foreman, etc.)

Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring across multiple job levels.

Familiarity with construction, architecture, and/or project-based industries is highly desirable.

Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
