Well-established 20+ years Commercial Roofing and Waterproofing Construction Company, a Leader in its industry for new commercial projects in So CA, No.CA and Las Vegas is seeking a highly motivated Safety Administrator in the Irvine office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal administrative organization and documentation, including files, records, and reports pertaining to safety.
  • Monitor and document Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Programs, and Procedures.
  • Assist in the development of technical safety related documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience/knowledge of California OSHA laws and polices is desired.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employees and company sensitive information.
  • Possess strong initiative and effective organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapports and interact with various levels of professionals.
  • Experience working with MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
