Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Construction Sales Executive to manage lead generation, client acquisition, project visits, and sales closures. The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in selling construction services or related products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking.
  • Meet clients, understand their project requirements, and recommend suitable construction solutions.
  • Present proposals, quotations, pricing, and work schedules professionally.
  • Handle end-to-end client communication and coordination until deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the project and operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Maintain and update sales reports, CRM, and follow-up records.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and follow-up discussions with senior management.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of construction services, materials, and project workflow
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
  • Customer relationship management
  • Willingness to travel for client or site visits
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate / Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in Construction Sales, Real Estate Sales, or Building Materials Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,950.83 - ₹45,732.84 per month
