Construction Service Manager

Desired Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of residential construction experience, including project coordination exposure

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and site plans

• Experience managing multiple projects at different stages simultaneously

• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and field operations

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and follow-through

  Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners during post-completion service

  • Manage 30-day and one-year warranty walkthroughs and punch list execution

  • Diagnose construction-related issues and develop resolution plans

  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and service-related work

  • Oversee final phases of construction including punch-out and inspections

  • Support active projects with scheduling, coordination, and site oversight
