Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage site documentation and records
- Coordinate between site team, head office, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Prepare reports, timesheets, and correspondence
- Monitor attendance and maintain manpower records
- Handle material requests, delivery notes, and site-related documentation
- Support the Project Manager and site team in daily administrative tasks
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Administrator in building construction projects
- Strong knowledge of site documentation and administrative procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Previous construction site experience preferred
