Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Civil Engineer to oversee, coordinate, and execute civil works on our construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and UAE building codes while maintaining safety, quality, and time standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed in compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare, review, and interpret drawings, BOQs, and construction documents.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of works.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in preparation of method statements, work programs, and technical submittals.
• Verify quantities, review contractor claims, and assist in preparing progress reports.
• Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and clients as required.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with UAE municipality and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
• Solid knowledge of UAE building codes, standards, and municipality regulations.
• Proficiency in construction management software (AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, etc.).
• Strong understanding of structural works, concrete, finishing, and infrastructure elements.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
