Construction Site Engineer

A Construction Site Engineer is responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and quality control of construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, timelines, safety norms, and cost budgets.

Qualifications :

Education: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 1 - 5 Years of Experience

Skills Set :

• Site supervision ,execution & AutoCAD / drawings reading
• Knowledge of safety norms & construction standards

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities as per drawings/BOQs and coordinate with contractors and labor teams.
• Planning & Scheduling: Support project planning, monitor daily progress against schedules, and report deviations.
• Quality Control: Ensure quality of materials and workmanship through inspections, defect rectification, and maintenance of records.
• Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with architects, consultants, and vendors; prepare DPRs, material and site reports.
• Measurement & Billing Support: Assist in site measurements and support billing and quantity verification.
• Safety & Compliance: Implement safety norms, statutory compliance, and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Material & Resource Management: Control material consumption, reduce wastage, and support inventory and requisitions.
